Stay Connected

We understand it is important for outside providers to have timely access to their patient's information, this is why we offer remote access using Cisco AnyConnect.  If you are not currently set up with VPN access, we ask that you complete the online request form below and we will work together to establish your connection as quickly as possible.

Once you complete the request form, our Business Development Liaison will be in contact to start the process toward remote access for your practice.  


Establish Initial VPN Connection

Providers receiving their login credentials can follow the below instructions for downloading Cisco AnyConnect and Remote Desktop access for their computer. 

Step 1:  Download Cisco AnyConnect by clicking the below link.

 

Step 2:  Enter your provided VPN username and password provided on your login credentials sheet.  (Cisco Anyconnect will attempt to use Java to install.  When prompted, follow installation wizard for Java.  If wizard fails to download, manual download is required.  Click "Run", "Install", and "Finish" after manual download completes.)

Step 3:  After install completes, launch the Cisco AnyConnect Secure Mobility Client entering vpn.sampsonrmc.org/srmcvpn (This address will save after the first initial login.)

Step 4:  Login using your VPN username and password


   

Establish Initial Remote Desktop Connection

Step 1:  Click Start

Step 2:  In the search box type:  mstsc

Step 3:  In the remote desktop connection window, enter:  172.19.11.125

Step 4:  Click show options and then click Save As

Step 5:  Save it to the Desktop using SampsonRMC as the file name


Connecting

Once all downloads are complete, you will simply connect the VPN first by clicking on the Cisco AnyConnect icon on your desktop inputting your username and password.  After connecting to the VPN, you will then connect to the Remote Desktop Session. 

Note:  If you do not see the Cisco AnyConnect Icon on your desktop after installing the software, click on the Start/Home button and in the search bar type in Cisco AnyConnect and it will open the folder where it is located.  Once located, you will be able to add it to your desktop.
