The Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) is conducted every three years in collaboration with the Sampson County Health Department. The efforts of the CHNA focus on identifying areas to improve and promote the health and wellness of Sampson County residents.
The process enables Sampson County to gain valuable insights about the health of its population. This comprehensive assessment evaluates healthcare from numerous angles by engaging a variety of agencies involved in the delivery of healthcare. The final report examines health concerns of our citizens and the strengths and challenges of our health systems.
