Making fitness fun for all is the goal. Children ages 5-13 can participate in organized fitness classes that make it fun to exercise. Children will learn new skills while working with Certified Fitness Specialists. Some of the activities may include: Hula Hoop Fun, Basic Skills Fitness Games, Jump Rope, Stretching, Core Development and Balance.
Mondays, 5:30-6:15 pm & Wednesdays, 4:30-5:15 pm
Fitness in the pool just for kids! Children ages 5-13 will have fun playing group games in the pool led by Fitness Specialists. **Children must be able to swim unassisted before joining Splash Kid Fit.
Thursdays, 4:00-5:00 pm
Show your children your skills while you both participate in a variety of exercises led by Certified Fitness Specialists. Family Fit is open to members and their children/grandchildren ages 5-13.
Scheduled times that families can enjoy using the pool, basketball and racquetball courts. Shoot some hoops, burn calories with a fun game of racquetball, or splash around in the six lane pool for some good family fun. Family Time is open to members and their children/grandchildren up to age 13.
